Product Return Policy
The return and exchange conditions of the products purchased through alyanet.com are bound by the following conditions and procedures in accordance with the sales contract concluded electronically with the final owner of the product.
Return Conditions

- 2. The product to be returned can be sold to another consumer with the same quality and quantity.
- 3. The return request has been notified in writing to the alyanet.com by the final owner of the product within 7 calendar days following the purchase.
- 4. In the last 1 (one) year, the final owner of the product has no previous positive request for a refund for other products belonging to the same product and / or product group.
Products that cannot be returned
Products that cannot be returned are listed below, as service performance is initiated and / or cannot be resold to another consumer in the same quality and quantity after return.

- 2. Trademark Registration Service and Fee Fees

- 4. Any kind of technical support services
- 5. Products obtained by any third party supply
- 6. Any kind of free service and / or products
- 7. Installed or activated SSL certificates
Return procedure
alyanet.com applies the following return procedures within 15 (fifteen) working days following the final consumer demand, provided that the return conditions defined above are met for the products described above.
Cash Returns:
For the product for which it is requested to be returned, in addition to the lean state of the product at the time of initial sale, in addition to the lean state of the product at the time of the first sale, it is performed for any kind of technical services required by the end consumer and any interventions and / or expertise required. Technical support, cargo, bank commission and other operational costs declared by alyanet.com, which cannot be refunded as a result of sudden performance, are deducted from the price of the service and / or product collected at the time of sale and returned to the rightful owner in cash. For whatever reason, it is not possible to refund the cash equivalent of free services or products or discounts earned from private and / or general campaigns.
Return as a shopping credit:
The sales price of the products or services for which the request is requested is allocated as a shopping loan to be used for the purchase of the product or service, the sales paid for the product or service in favor of the end consumer without any further interruption after deducting the cargo and other third party actual costs. It is realized over its price. It is not possible to recall and / or request the amounts in the shopping credit accounts in cash by the end consumer.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase;

It is carried out by sending an e-mail to refund@alyanet.com address via the verified e-mail address in the alyanet.com member account, which contains the details and the end consumer is using the product and / or service . Procedures for installments, credit card campaigns and points, gift vouchers and third party discounts
Regardless of gift certificates and whatever, no refund is possible and cannot be requested for any discount application. Points used on bank commissions and credit card programs interrupted in credit card transactions cannot be returned. Applications related to credit cards may differ according to banks and financial institutions.
Procedure to be applied in foreign currency transactions
No matter in which currency it offers its products and services, alyanet.com will process the TRL (Turkish Lira) amount collected at the time of purchase in return transactions.
Refusal to request a refund
alyanet.com reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with the return policies it previously announced.
Withdraw from the return request
The final consumer has the right to withdraw from the return request until the return occurs.
The right to dispute and appeal
In case of dispute in alyanet.com return policies, without prejudice to the right of objection of the final consumers, the laws of the country where alyanet.com is located will be taken into consideration and the legal sanctions will be carried out by the courts established in this country.
These return policies are binding between alyanet.com and its products and services, and anyone who purchases products or services through alyanet.com is deemed to have accepted this declaration and its principles in advance.
